Serena Williams
Serena Williams is an American professional tennis player who was born on September 26, 1981, in Saginaw, Michigan. She is widely considered one of the greatest players of all time, and her aggressive style of play, powerful serve, and tenacious competitiveness have earned her a legion of fans around the world.
Williams turned professional in 1995 and quickly established herself as one of the top players in the sport. She has won a total of 23 Grand Slam singles titles, the most of any player in the Open Era, and 14 Grand Slam doubles titles with her sister Venus Williams. She has also won four Olympic gold medals, one in singles and three in doubles.
